Merpol Mobile (org.merpol.app) is the client app for Merpol credit cards in Curaçao. This policy explains what the app collects and why.

What we collect

• Client ID, name, and account information needed to sign you in
• Main Balance (supermarket / pakus) and Gas Balance, plus purchase and notification history
• Photos you take or choose when uploading an ID document for verification
• Device information used to send push notifications (with your permission)

How we use it

Data is used only to run your Merpol account: balances, shops, digital card, points, and alerts. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the app for advertising.

Who can see it

Merpol staff use the Back Office to serve your account. Participating merchants see what they need to complete a purchase at the terminal. Push delivery uses Google Firebase.

Retention

Account and transaction records are kept as required for the credit product and Curaçao record-keeping. You can ask questions at the contact details above.
